Inside the condo you’ll find an open floor plan bathed in natural light and a well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances. Watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean from the dining table or step outside to the mini-lanai and take in the 180-degree ocean view. Although the condo has air conditioning, ceiling fans and the ocean breezes keep the space cool and comfortable most of the time. Awaken to bird song and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean at this island paradise. THINGS TO KNOW A portion of rental proceeds go to Hawai'i Land Trust. The shared pool is located 500 feet from condo. There is no elevator in this building. Please note that due to the high cost of electricity on the island, guests are encouraged to conserve energy while staying at this home and only use the air conditioning when absolutely necessary. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Security camera details: Located on the premises Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great location. Easy walking distance to beaches, shopping etc. Rental exactly as described, well appointed with everything we needed. Kitchen plumbing problems were address quickly by very friendly maintenance staff and property manager. Parking is convenient, view is good the beds are okay.
