Located in the vibrant Dundee neighborhood, our spotless townhome is walkable to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, and is just steps from the new Dundee Theatre, Lola’s cafe, and the famous Goldberg’s in Dundee. Walk or 5 minute drive to: Nebraska Medicine UNO Downtown Dundee Berkshire Hathaway Blackstone District 10 minute drive to: Downtown Omaha Henry Dooley Zoo CHI Health Center Charles Swab Field (CWS) Our central location (off Dodge) puts you just minutes from all things to do in beautiful Omaha. THE SPACE Three (very comfortable) bedrooms. 1 King 2 Queen beds. We have been told by several guests that our beds are the most comfortable beds they have slept in. Fully stocked kitchen. We have been told that our kitchen supply is better than their own! Dining table set for six, perfect for conversation and memory making. Living room with The Frame TV to stream all of your favorite shows. Private backyard that is 100% fenced in with a 6 foot wooden fence! PARKING There is parking available at the home. If you pull up close enough to the house, you may be able to park two vehicles. However, if you block the sidewalk, you may get ticketed.

Being from Omaha, we were excited about the location, but the communication from Samantha was exceptional from the day we booked our stay. The house is well setup for families and very comfortable. Probably the best mattresses I’ve ever slept on in any rental.

Samantha’s has thought of everything! From clear instructions on using the televisions to the clearly labeled first aid kit in the upstairs closet, this home had everything we needed for a comfortable and functional stay close to many conveniences and entertainment options in Omaha!

Really cute place. Great area. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Samantha was a great host! We enjoyed our stay and it made for a very relaxing time.

We were in town for a specific reason - the annual concert at Memorial Park. The house served our purposes well - it had cold air and comfy beds. The stairs to upstairs are STEEP! Just a warning for other families - we bring baby gates with us so wasn't a big deal for us. Samantha was great about communication. We will probably stay at this property again 😁

This was a great house for our family during our stay in in Omaha. There was plenty of local shops and restaurants that you can walk to. A very quite neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is so quaint , cute and clean. The beds were amazing and comfortable . Linens were amazing. Close to Dundee and ama ing place for families and people who love their fur babies. We will most definitely stay there again .

Townhouse is adorable, clean and well appointed! Host is very communicative. We enjoyed our stay. Backyard space looks fantastic- wish weather would’ve been warmer. We all slept great! Thank you Samantha!
