About this house rental

Located in Augusta, this attractive house for $265 per night is a great option for your next trip. Whether you’re visiting for the Masters Tournament, in town to play some top local courses yourself, or just doing some sightseeing around ‘The Garden City,’ this Augusta vacation rental makes a perfect home base for your stay! This vibrant 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house features a private pool, ping pong table, and fully stocked kitchen in addition to its great location! Be sure to head downtown at some point during your stay to check out the Augusta Riverwalk or see a show at Bell Auditorium. This home boasts an updated kitchen with granite counters and plenty of table space for your entire family, this charming and fully-updated home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and a large outdoor patio space with BBQ grill, patio chairs, and a mid-size pool. It also has a respectable game room with activities like Giant Connect 4, Ping-Pong, oversized Jenga, board games, and croquet for the backyard. Watch the geese and horses play at the neighboring Equestrian Center or find your favorite coffee or tea in our stocked coffee bar. You’re only a mile from the important stuff like Chick-Fil-A, Target, and Best Buy, 10 minutes from The Augusta National Golf Club, and 15 minutes from Historic Downtown. You can park in the driveway and enter through the front door using your custom door code. There is a tenant who lives in the mother-in-law suite parks on the street and enters through their private entrance in the back. They will not be using the backyard or pool while you are there. They are very respectful and you probably won't even notice them. It's also important to note that the pool is a mid-size pool at 3.5' deep and about 13' long. It's great for kids and a few adults but cannot hold a large capacity. The pool is open seasonally from May 1st-October 31st (may be open mid April depending on weather).

The Family Had Fun! Had a great time! We had all the bed spaces we needed.. All the appliances were in good working condition & plenty of fun family games available at any time.. The golf decorations were Awesome!! Thank you !

We wanted a place to stage from for our son's wedding. Several of us were traveling long distances and rather than get individual rooms at hotels we thought we'd try a large house instead. Everyone loved this property! Our grandchildren aged 5 - 10 loved the pool and the bunk room. The older ones enjoyed playing table tennis for the first time and we adults set up a tournament and had a blast. One of our sons brought their Xbox which was connected to the living room TV. Both the TV in the living room and master bedroom were Roku so any TV app was was ready to be signed into. Everyone who stayed there said it made the trip so enjoyable and said there was no question we would seek to stay here again.
