Manzanita - by far the best house in town!

This craftsman built home will keep you in awe, with floor to ceiling picture windows throughout the entire house with unobstructed views of the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain. You enter into a spacious living room that features a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace, large vaulted ceilings, TV/DVD and Gig speed wireless internet.

The living room is open to the large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a professional gas cook top stove. The entire family can enjoy a meal together with a dining table for ten while looking out at the ocean. This level also has two master suites, each with a King bed and French doors leading out to the ocean patio that offers spectacular ocean views. Enjoy the views from the privacy of the Jacuzzi tub or cuddle in front of the gas fireplace in the master suite. There is also a third bedroom on this level that has a Queen bed.
Upstairs is a large gathering/game room that overlooks the living room area and the ocean. This room features a kitchenette and mini fridge with a table for four, great for playing cards or board games. There is even a small table for the kids complete with toys to keep them busy for hours! You can also sit on the east facing deck and enjoy the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee or under the stars and snuggle around the outdoor fire in the custom-built fire pit on the ocean patio.

This level also features three bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed that has French doors leading out to a private deck with spectacular ocean views. A second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin/Double bunk bed. The third bedroom is a large room that can double as a media room with two Twin/Double bunk beds with pull out trundles and a large sectional sofa where you can stretch out and relax while watching the large flat screen TV. This room is great for the children!

Enjoy the game room complete with 1/2 bath, ping pong table, Air Hockey, and Basketball Shot game. Go upstairs to the luxurious hot tub on the upper deck with partial ocean and mountain view or relax in the new 7th bedroom/open lounge room, with the wet bar, cozy couches (that can fold down into two twin sleepers), and full bath with shower. This home is perfect for family reunions and retreat gatherings. Centrally located to downtown, the City Park and golf course, this is a home you will want to make a family tradition every year!

Full house rules are viewable during the booking process, but a couple things to note:
* 18 person limit applies at all times, not just overnight
* 6 car limit
* No smoking of anything
* No pets
* No weddings/bachelor parties/or similar events

During July and August, we require weekly 7 or 14 day Saturday-to-Saturday bookings
