The cabin was very nice. It has beautiful views of the mountains, Gatlinburg, and the Ober Gatlinburg Tram. Three is the maximum number of cars that can park in the drive way. When we arrived, the cabin has 4 beds and only two blankets. Two beds just had sheets on them. I called the management company and they said that there had been a work order already filed for the blankets and they would rush up the order. They did tell me that I could go buy blankets myself and bring them the receipt for reimbursement. They finally brought the two blankets the next day. Luckily my mom was coming up a day late and I had her bring me some blankets, since it was in the 20's at night. This is the fault of the management company, not the owners or cleaners. We loved the location. Close drive to Gatlinburg (10 min.), Ober Gatlinburg (5 min.), and Pigeon Forge (20 min.). The hot tub was nice and we enjoyed watching the New Year's Eve ball drop in Gatlinburg from the hot tub. They needed to provide extra towels for the hot tub. Overall, it was a great stay in a beautiful cabin.

The house is absolutely beautiful and was very clean and very close to everything and everything we needed was in great working order. There were a few things that could use attention but nothing too major that it disturbed the visit. The air conditioning system is not great. The first two days the temperature didn't get below 74 in the house and it was warm with 8 people. The screen door leading to the hot tub was ripped when we got there--no biggie, just wanted to make a note that it was already like that. The batteries in the remotes probably need replacing. The jets in the main floor tub wouldn't come on and we couldn't find any extra blankets or sheets and you might want to offer a few more towels/washcloths/dishcloths. We had a great time, though. Thanks.

This cabin is wonderful. It’s big, the view is impressive and we saw bears in the neighborhood which was a real treat (yes, we kept a safe distance and took pictures.) We will definitely rent this same cabin next year.

It was a beautiful stay! Loved waking up to the mountains! I do have some complaints as to there was the absolute bear minimum of everything like towels, cookware, toilet paper and such. No extra bedding for pull out bed. If you have a full house make sure to call ahead to have extra bedding and pillows

The property was nice, deck could use some updating but nice. Inside was perfect for our family. BUT we had NO air conditioning the first two nights there and we reported it and we were told numerous times someone was on there way. They never showed up. We stayed there with it 84 degrees inside, with my mother who has asthma. I finally complained enough that they offered to move us to another cabin, we were told it was in Gatlinburg too but turns out it wasn’t. It was 30 minutes away on the other side of Pigeon Forge. We were very disappointed to be so far away from everything. And then we had several issue at that cabin that we weren’t going to complain about because we were just happy to have air and it was a nice cabin BUT then when we got ready for bed we realized that the sheets were dirty, and I don’t mean a little I mean some of the nastiest sheets we had ever seen. And I have the pictures and videos to prove it. And I have also sent them to the company. Called them and it’s still took someone over 18 hours to bring clean towels. This has been my first terrible experience with VRBO. And it will be my last, I won’t be using them again.

I was told to leave the premises with my 3 kids in car regardless of me being there after check in time. There were no trash bag in bathrooms...limited towel. I had to call CS serveral time regardless grill as it was mentioned in site.....no one bought us a grill n they keep saying there is no ETA. I had to buy food from restaurant....ciz there was no grill for us to use it. Had to bring raw meat bk home. This stay wasnt convenient for us...NEVER Again.
