Several circuit breaker issues left us without lights an wifi. No icemaker upstairs and fridge in garage was dirty.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is nice, plenty of space and placed conveniently for short drives around Pinehurst. Where it was lacking was cleanliness! I understand turnover on property may be quick, but cleanliness and maintenance should be priority. The fans are dusty and there was food still on the floor from previous and we had children in the house crawling around. There were fingernails on the living room table and the carpets weren’t vacuumed. So we cleaned the house. I think cleanliness should be a priority as the property is great otherwise. If you charge a cleaning fee, it should be pretty close to spotless. Otherwise, it’s a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were quite happy with our accommodations. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The walls are a bit dinged and scuffed but I guess that is to be expected. The kitchen pots and pans are due to be replaced and it would be great if there was a kuerig. The coffee maker made off tasting coffee...probably needs descaling. Those are the only negatives and they pale in comparison to all the positives. Really enjoyed the putting green. I would recommend this property.

Stayed here as a family with ten total people. Plenty of space, very homey and a wonderful location. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The house itself was an absolute blast. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful, well appointed home. Bedrooms are spacious, the common areas are laid out nicely for a large group, and the kitchen had the amenities of home (and some added bonuses!) We would definitely rent again.

We’ve been visiting Pinehurst as a family every year for the past 5 years. It’s our favorite family vacation. We book typically book vacation homes. This place was the best one we stayed at to date. It’s a beautiful and clean home with everything we needed and the putting green was a big plus. Very blessed to have been able to book this property. A+

Place was clean and well located. Only issue we had was with the grill. It barely had propane and the oven took forever to heat up. Other than this the property was great and we made due with what we had. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again

My husband and I had several other couples stay at Chipping Inn with us to celebrate his 40th birthday. The home was great and perfect for our group. The guys spent most of their time playing golf and the ladies spent most of their time relaxing at the house. The rooms were spacious, and the open floorplan was nice. The manager was responsive, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this home.

The house was very clean and offered all the amenities listed in the description. The induction cooktop was great and made morning meals a breeze. This place could sleep more than 9 if you share beds because there are so many large beds in this house. Many of bets were made in the chipping green and the supplied blower made it easy to clear any debris. I would highly recommend this rental to any group.
