A wonderful place for three generations of our family to gather! We enjoyed hanging out on the upper dock deck, swimming, and my son caught a big fish almost every night right off the dock! Lots of birds to see as well. We rented a pontoon boat, and visited some sights in Chattanooga (Rock City, Incline, Point Park, and a minor league ball game). Sunsets from the deck were beautiful. There were plenty of sleeping options our family, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and baking. The huge comfy couch was a great place to gather and watch a movie. The many bathrooms were definitely a plus! We had a couple of issues (with AC and plumbing) but the property manager was very responsive and these issues were addressed right away. He even brought us an iron when we needed one! One thing to know about the house is that there are many steps down to the water. Also would recommend taking your boat directly to Harrison State Park Marina instead of parking it at the house because the driveway is steep and difficult to turn around in with a truck and trailer. We had a trip we will never forget and would stay there again!

The house is really a great house, but it is showing some wear. We loved the upstairs and the views from the bedrooms on the lake. The view of the lake is amazing, and the back deck was very nice. The dock sitting area needs to be cleaned. Overall, the house is a good house but needs some attention. The listing said it is good for elderly and that is questionable. One bedroom is on the main level which is great, but the stairs to the lake are very steep and not for the elderly. The house does have many features and would be great fun for young families. Also, the driveway is very steep and it is tight getting two cars in the garage.

Beautiful house with spectacular views. Comfortable beds, private bathrooms for each bedroom and a well-furnished kitchen. The upper level of the dock provided a nice place to sit out of the sun while the lower level was great for swimming. The property manager, Bobby Wheeler, handled our one minor concern promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful lakefront home.

I wish there was a minor/ sign somewhere on the driveway that show coming down slowly for safety concern. The 2 trash carts were not empty and empty boxes were inside the garage that blocked so we could not park two cars in the garage. The views are beautiful and peaceful. I wish there are more papers towels and cleaning solutions in the kitchen. It was a good experience and enjoyable.
