Beachwalk community requires you to pay for parking each car is $10.00. Please inform us how many cars will be coming and we will charge you the fee and leave the parking passes on the kitchen island for when you arrive. Passes must be in the cars or your cars could be towed. 12. Wristbands are sold for $20.00 a person. That includes the use of tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball, splash pad, swimming pool, wading pool for toddlers, bicycle rentals, playground, stock 25-acre lake kai, clubhouse with pool and ping pong table, activity center with bocci and shuffleboard courts, paddle boards, and kayaks. 5 miles of uninterrupted Lake Michigan Beach to explore.
