Located in Palm Beach, this lovely condo for $168 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Step into the timeless ambiance of Palm Beach Hotel Condo, an esteemed Historic Landmark resonating with a bygone era's charm and captivating architectural details. The room features a comfortable Queen-sized bed and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, and K-cup coffee setup. Enjoy the convenience of a 5min stroll to the beach. Immerse yourself in the allure of this delightful retreat. Free valet and beach gear! There is construction on the facade of the building M-Fr pool The space The Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out. The Hotel's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing. A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18. Valet services available, including pickup and drop off at the airport or any other location. Parking at the Palm Beach Hotel requires a parking placard. After checking in, you can retrieve the placard from the Frontdesk, hang it on your rearview mirror while re-parking your car 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue along either Bradley Place or N. County Road where the signs are posted for 2-hour parking. Your placard is NOT assigned to Permit Parking along Seminole and the other side streets and it is not for the 2-hour spaces next to Chase Bank. It's only for those regions 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue and only along N. County and Bradley Place where the 2-hour parking spaces begin. Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily. Tip: if you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. This can be done without a placard. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine. Please remember to return your parking placard to the Frontdesk. You may incur a $50 replacement fee if the placard is lost.
