About this house rental

Located in Jacksonville Beach, this charming house for $152 per night is a great option for your next break. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 6 blocks from the ocean and central in Jacksonville Beach. Renovated and curated by a local designer. Easy and free parking along with a private backyard space perfect for a grilled dinner outside. This space is equipped with one king bed and two full beds and has a pack-and-play, perfect for a family staying. With a comfortable living space and equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all on the 1st level. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and many more. Dining room has seating for 4 plus we will be adding an outdoor table and chairs. Living room has smart TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the 2nd level patio. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with 2 full and a king memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, sounds machines. One of the bedrooms has a tv. The half bathroom is on the first level and the main bathroom is on 2nd level. This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 7 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. WholeFoods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife. We love pets! $30/pet/night. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee. Download the BeachBuggy App from - free rides all over Jax Bch! Take Uber and Lyft if you don't feel like driving yourself. Most people drive their own vehicles around here, though. This is a 2-level house so you will need to walk up and down stairs.

Literally a great place to stay- close to the beach and most Jacksonville attractions- we loved this adorable charming little place. Check in and out is a breeze, it’s CUTE CUTE CUTE and close to Jax beach brunch house too!!!

The ambience is amazing at this property. I enjoyed my stay the entire weekend. We were literally a short distance from the beach.

Perfectly enjoyable, nice place and pleasant all around.. However, and this is not the fqault of the property owner, we discovered that going up and down stairs is not something we want to be doing next time.

Everything was very clean and welcoming in this property. We didn't spend much time in the property as we had other activities in Jacksonville, but it was easy to get to and the check in/check out process was super easy.
