In this lovely spot just a few doors down from Little Sand Creek, you can get to downtown Sandpoint and the shores of Lake Pend Oreille in a matter of minutes. You'll also have an easy outlet to Schweitzer Mountain Resort, only 10 miles north. Boot warmers and ski racks will await you when you return to home base. This is a place to live your life outdoors, whether that means sipping coffee on the front porch each morning, barbecuing on the gas grill in the afternoons, or gathering on the covered patio for dinner. Built in 2013, the home still has a fresh sense of polish, with an open layout ideal for socializing. Enjoy the company of your loved ones as you prepare meals using stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, sit down to eat at the breakfast bar and the dining room table, or gather by the gas fireplace to stream movies on the living area TV. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own TV, bathroom, and walk-in closet. A private laundry room, central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a built-in desk workspace are also provided. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub and location were premo for skiing. Great kitchen, propane grill with extra tank if needed! Nice hot tub area with privacy curtains though the space is already nicely private on its own. Garage accommodated my ski box on minivan. Boot heaters provided. Beds with foam mattresses were comfortable. Kitchen nicely equipped.

The home is clean with a great layout. Quality towels for both bathing and the jetted spa are provided. There are privacy screens that can be lowered for a secluded spa experience. The home has plenty of storage, the beds are comfortable, and a tankless hot water heater never runs out of water for showers. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes and cooking supplies. A remotely controlled living room fireplace kept the space warm & toasty. The only negative was the passing trains blowing their horns day and night. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs or a noise machine. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the home to others.

Great location for a ski getaway. 20 minutes to the lifts. Clean house with a hot tub and boot dryer! Garage parking is a plus.

We had a fantastic time at this house. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were a 20 minute drive from Schweitzer to go enjoy winter sports for the day. Would definitely come back!

This location cannot be beat. It was convenient to get groceries and coffee. Mountain views from the hot tub were amazing. The amenities were fantastic and high quality. I'd stay here again!

This place is perfectly clean and had everything it promised. We used the hot tub and watched the television with no problems. The kitchen had all that we needed, too. The location was easy to get to and still felt private. If I could make one change, it would be to provide a hairdryer.
