I couldn't say much as we did not stay in their property.
The good thing is that they "upgraded" our stay in Coron. They transferred us to another hotel due to "someone is already staying on their room". The caretaker is somehow apologetic for what happened.
Overlapping of guests in their bookings is very disappointing. We already paid the property upon booking it.

You will not get what you pay for.
The wi-fi seemed to work, had Aircon.
Unfortunately this property just isn't suitable to be rented out to paying customers. There was no photos of the bathroom on booking.com and it became clear why... the toilet had no seat or flushing system, and the shower was non-existent. The sink was outside of the room, which was incredibly inconvenient, especially with how many mosquitoes where outside. There was a huge gap between the top of the window and the ceiling which hadn't been filled, which meant all sorts of bugs could get in(many mosquitoes). And no proper sheet / duvet for the bed to cover two people. We decided to leave and stay elsewhere. We were offered a particular refund, and we were told they needed time to get the money. So we came back later that day and they tried to tell us that they had already given the money back to us! This was frustrating. They then gave us less than agreed, so we asked for the correct amount. They seem like nice people but this just is not a functional accommodation.

Stunning sunrises, scuba, great food, not touristy
This is rural seaside Philippines so things aren't squeaky clean. If you don't like geckos and being woken by roosters then don't come here. But if you love the ocean, fantastic sunsets, a wonderful family environment, island hopping, snorkeling and scuba, great food and friendly people then you'll love this place. We did!
