Great location, very close to St Enoch Station, Buchanan Street, eateries, stores and supermarkets. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Queries to the property would be quickly responded to, and staff especially those on the evening shift were friendly and helpful.
Water pressure in the shower was very weak.

The entire apartment was spacious and well decorated. Staff were helpful and friendly at the reception desk, and coming and going was easy since the it was in such a great location.

A modern hotel just south of St Enoch Square, so easy to get to Central and Queen St stations and convenient for Argyle St shopping. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was great.
I could not believe the bedroom window was sealed shut - in Glasgow, the city where there's a breeze 365 days a year. Not only that but the thermostat takes a degree in electronics to work out, and once you do, the airflow from the vent is minimal, even at the top fan setting. Result: a stuffy room with dead air and a stale odour. Requests on two days to change rooms were quickly turned down with claims that the hotel was completely full. I went to a local store and bought a cheap desktop fan which I ran through the night, the only way I could sleep. Apart from being uncomfortable, forcing the use of unnecessary air conditioning is bad for the environment.
