Had such a lovely stay - was upgraded to a beautiful suite . I have been very ill and only just able to travel again and they left me a beautiful hand written card along with Prosecco and a little teddy . They went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay .
All the staff were so friendly and helpful . The champagne bar is lovely and the location is very central . It will 100% be our only go to whilst in Glasgow .
It has only just reopened due to the devastating fire along the street - she was luckily saved !
