The property had a nice homely feel. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It had all the amenities to facilitate a comfortable stay.
The communication needs to be improved. I sent messages via bookings with inquirers and they went unanswered. Also the code for the door didn’t work for the entire 11 days. It is also recommended to advise guests about the garbage collection process and the days when the truck picks up the garbage.

Opening the frontdoor to come in just makes us a wow-moment. Modern furnitures, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Stunning garden and possibilities. We have had a great New Years Eve with family and friends. Thank you so much.

Spacious house – 6 bedrooms 4 baths. Enough outside space for 12 ppl. Well-lit pergola to enjoy late evenings. Dining area seats large group of ppl – bar and table. Pool heated, great for early morning swims. Good location with lots to do within short distance.
House only superficially cleaned - short 3 hour frame to report complains. Ice-dispenser not working - stuck. Stove in error-mode, not working until braker reset. Grill gas canisters empty on arrival– until next day. Dishwasher not secured in cabinet + missing parts – no clean dishes – time spent cleaning dishes manually – never fixed. Living room never vacuumed – food rests on couch and floor – no vacuum – asked for one, denied. Company, “as courtesy” sent a cleaning team – also no vacuum cleaner nor updated on what needs to be cleaned. Rolled up carpet and put beside house. Popped water ballons etc. in pool – not cleaned.
Main issue: pool cleaning robot - needs to be in pool with hose at all times – no signs, no info in descript. about this. Hose hazard for children & adults - can tangle and wrap easily. Company kept calling and threatening us that deposit will not be returned if robot not in water. Company sent maint. person for dishwasher and other probl., he took robot out of pool by detaching hose – we were told to do this while swimming, then attach it again. Luhos then contacted us to not trust 3rd party instruct. once they saw (cameras!) we removed the robot the way we were told by maintenance. Comm. with Luhos quick, but once serious questions asked - no answers, only delays. Agents never referred back to our comm. history. Would have never booked if we knew about robot. After the maint. guy unplugged hose, suction hole in pool had NO cover, could have easily sucked in kid’s hand or foot - hazard.
Further, maint. never fixed dishwasher – first time secured in cabinet - fridge couldn’t be opened. Maint. returned, pushed it further back – then lower cabinet molding always fell off. Also UNACCEPTABLE - company asked us to give permission to enter property and fix issues – we denied & provided times in which they could come (phone call).
