House was perfect! Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Owner responded to every question right away! Location is near stores, restaurants, gas stations etc... My only complaint would be that the temp in the pool could be a tad cooler, but that is just a personal preference!

Great overall property. 4 couples stayed for a weekend. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen could use a few more items or amenities to make cooking meals a little more efficient but we shared info/feedback with our host who was very receptive and appreciative (we think) of our feedback. Our group included a few people who have their own short term rentals so we had more of a perspective than other guests might. But overall it was a great property. Would stay again if we are in Miami. Nadal was great at communicating through Vrbo app. Neighborhood felt safe and it was quiet. South of Miami area near the zoo.
