This condo is just steps from the beach, the bay, and Times Square. Staying at Harbour House Inn Unit 305 you will find yourself in the middle of all the action, yet just far enough away to retreat to the seclusion of your incredible condo. Parking is available for one car in the covered parking garage, then take the elevator to the third floor. Located on the second floor is the beautiful in-ground heated pool and hot tub. There is also a community room and outdoor seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is also available. Soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the many poolside loungers. Heading down to ground level and out onto San Carlos Blvd. you will find numerous shops and restaurants. Times Square and the Pier are directly at the end of San Carlos Blvd., just a short walk from the condo. Directly across the street from the condo take part in various boat rental opportunities, dolphin sightseeing cruises, or sunset cruises. Parasailing and Jet Ski rentals, as well as eco-tours, can be found in the Times Square area for the more adventurous. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels, and a private laundry. Enter into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets hard surface counter space and an elevated peninsular dining bar with three high-boy bar stools. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished balcony overlooking the street with the bars, restaurants, and back bay for your view. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, a corner chair, and a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV. There are sliding glass doors providing access to the balcony furnished with a high-boy table and two chairs with the same view as from the living room balcony. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, a corner chair, and a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV. The window from here overlooks the third-floor outdoor lounging area with tables, lounge chairs, and a gas grill. it was very nice going back to Fort Myers after missing a year everything is starting to come back together very good and new places are opening up all the time. Harbour House is a excellent place to stay it is close to everything.

Unfortunately there’s some unwelcoming homeowners (on the third floor) that don’t mix well with guests. For that alone my family will never go back. We’ve stayed at many other places on Fort Myers beach with a much better experience. Swearing and screaming at minors shouldn’t be tolerated nor rewarded with the HMO. Too much to tell in a review however it wasn’t good. Ridiculous actually. This is the first location I don’t recommend and gave a one star overall rating to.

We enjoyed our stay here but would recommend some changes. Bright lights shine directly into the bedrooms. Suggest adding some blackout curtains in addition to venetian blinds. Maybe a couple of lounge chairs too.

Fort Myers Beach has been decimated by Hurricane Ian. This listing did not indicate that we would essentially be staying in a ghost town: restaurants and hotels closed, debris everywhere, and an 8:00 p.m. police-enforced curfew. The lobby of this condo was gone, and there were no front doors. Lack of transparency and poor communication throughout our stay was a genuine problem. There were many other little issues like a shortage of hot water, erratic pool access, faulty check-in instructions, no heat, and inadequate kitchen/bathroom supplies, but the misleading advertising was what we found truly unforgivable. Keep looking!
