The en-suite master bathroom has dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub - perfect to relax away after a long day out! Guest access You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Garage access is limited to our housekeeping and maintenance personnel. Make yourself at home; your host is just a message away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. You will be provided a unique access code that will be active for the duration of you stay. Other things to note: This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously. Please note that we have installed two security cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door, another that monitors the driveway, another that monitors the side of the house. There are no cameras inside any guest areas of the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and video is stored locally. Please note that smoking or vaping of any kind is forbidden INSIDE. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy. Our property also has a NO PETS policy and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
