This is the perfect place to watch the sunrise or sunset. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests— including a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These premium linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume- and dye-free soaps assuring all guests a comfortable stay. With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Included to get you started are the following: Per Guest: 1 Bath Towel, 1 Hand Towel, 1 Washcloth, 1 Pool/Beach Towel Per Full Bathroom: 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Shower Products Set (including trial size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion), Cosmetic Cloth, Bath Mat Per Kitchen: 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Sponge, Dishwasher Pods (x4), Laundry Detergent Pods (x4), All-Purpose Disinfectant, Microfiber Cloth, 2 Kitchen Towels We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival. Parking: There is parking space for 8 vehicles. Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and location was great. A second refrigerator would be a great addition fir a house of that size. Furniture was comfortable and ample seating for all of us. There was am ant issue in the kitchen and around the pool. Overall, it was great and would go back again.

Property was very clean and new. It took a long time to remember where everyone's rooms were because both floors look exactly the same. There are A LOT of stairs. Did not like that they placed the kitchen/FMR at the top level. I had the master under the kitchen and the noise was unbearable. The pool and hot tub never heated as advertised and we called every day about it. Someone came out each time but never fixed it. Lots of problems with the doors and bathroom vanities drawers not closing properly or at all. The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. We had 16 people and all fit well without feeling on top of each other. I do feel for a house the size they should have bigger couches for everyone to be able to sit. There were a few guests that complained about the mattresses being very uncomfortable. There was no shower outside to rinse the sand off, so we were constantly having to sweep all floors from the sand. Overall, it was a great stay. They just need to tweak a few things and get the pool and hot tub working like advertised.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Island Oasis property. SeaBreeze customer service was fantastic delivering quick resolution. We hosted our whole family - filling all 8 rooms. The kitchen is large and there was plenty of seating between the stunningly large marble countertop and the long table with benches. The rooftop was so relaxing, its neat to be able to see the Gulf and the Bay at the same time. 5 min walking distance to an easy beach access! Would recommend to others with large family.
