Open concept living space with large Great Room and game area. The yard is a tropical oasis perfect for kids. Large primary and VIP rooms with ensuite The Space: This large house has over 3200 square feet of interior space on a half acre lot. There are multiple spaces to relax or socialize both indoors and out. Great room with 13+ ft ceilings includes living room, dining room, game room and TV room all connected. 2 comparable primary suites with en suite bathrooms which makes this an ideal home for multiple families to come together. Separate bedrooms make this an ideal home for families with kids. Expansive front windows that overlook oak tree preserve. Large back patio featuring lounge area, dining area, BBQ and oversized grass area for playing and games. The property is fully fenced in with 2 secure remote control gates and private parking behind the gates The Neighborhood: TimeOut magazine named Coconut Grove #29 on the “coolest neighborhoods in the world” for 2022. We are right in the heart of the Grove - one mile from Cocowalk (center). There are a number of parks within walking distance, two marinas, sailing clubs, shopping, restaurants and more! The best part – this centrally located estate is only minutes away from all the adventures that Miami has to offer: 15 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to Heat arena, 30 minutes to Dolphins stadium, 12 minutes to Marlins park, 20 minutes to Miami Beach nightlife, 10 minutes to Brickell, 15 minutes to Wynwoond and Design District, 15 minutes to Key Biscayne beaches. And, home is on one of the prettiest streets in the Grove. Getting Around: There is plenty of parking in a large front driveway that is protected and secured by a front gate that is remote controlled. If you don't want to drive, Uber is readily available in the area (5-10 mins to get). The neighborhood is very walkable to local parks and a marina. 5 mins away there is a bike rental shop (SunCycling) to get bikes during your stay. There is also a trolley that takes you from Coconut Grove to Brickell and the Gables that is walking distance. Other Things to Note: Please note: Parties are not allowed and a fine equivalent to twice the amount of the stay may be imposed if violated. After 11pm strict noise limits outdoors must be observed. Interaction with Guests: Our primary residence is in the same neighborhood only a few minutes away so we are always available to get you anything you need while you make our home, your home. Great location and neighborhood. Easy driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space and amenities for a family of 8. Our youngest children enjoyed seeing peacocks in the yard. Josh was a great host with great communication and quick to respond. We would stay here again and definitely recommend.
