The location to the Central train station was a massive plus for us. We entered the place with the welcomed air conditioning. Lots of fridge/freezer space. Very fast Wi-Fi. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The shower was very good and spacious although the shower head needs properly cleaned and unblocked to get full use out of the shower.
For three single people, the host was able to supply two sofa beds. I was a bit concerned prior to our visit that I could only see one sofa bed in the photos.
The sofa bed in the living room has a broken leg. It looks like the thread on one of the legs is loose and the hole is now too big. The slightest shift in weight knocks the leg out and therefore falls. I retrospectively looked at other reviews and noticed a similar comment being made about this bed. This needs to be replaced.
The pillows for the sofa beds were solid in comparison to the ones in the bedroom. I'd suggest replacing them to match the bedroom ones.
There aren't sheets for the bedding. Including these would be a welcomed addition to the room.
The air con controls weren't easy to understand and use. A bit of time and patience is needed to get the system running to your preference.

La amplitud del apartamento y lo cerca que estaba de la estacion. Destacar la rapidez para solucionar el problema del aire. Mantuvimos contacto con el dueño todo el rato hasta que quedo solucionado.
Se retraso media hora la entrada por la limpieza y al entrar hacia mucho calor, a pesar de dejar puestos 2 ventiladores hasta que funciono el aire acondicionado.

Ubicación ideal, cercanía a la estación de tren y metro.
Si llegas antes de la hora de entrada para poder dejar las maletas te cobran un suplemento, al igual que al check out , no son flexibles. A la vuelta de la esquina hay un local más barato que lo que ellos ofrecen para dejar las maletas .
A nuestra salida a las 10:00h nos estaba esperando un chico en la puerta del apartamento para entrar a hacer la limpieza. Súper rigurosos con los horarios a su favor pero para el huésped ni una comodidad.
No entiendo como no te permiten entrar antes de las 15:00 cuando a las 10:00 lo están supuestamente limpiando, o al menos dejar las maletas sin suplemento.
En general el apartamento estaba decentemente limpio a excepción del salón , la zona de sofá y la mesa , grandes pelusas bajo la mesa y suciedad de no haber limpiado en muchos días. Sábanas limpias pero camas extremadamente incómodas, merece un cambio de colchón , parece que duermes en el suelo literalmente. Sobre todo la cama de la habitación
