My favourite hotel in Hong Kong, and possibly in the world. This is my second stay with Y Hotel HK, and my third will be when I return in a few weeks time. Friendly staff, always happy to help, location in Sheung Wan/Sai Ying Pun is ideal as you have two MTR stops close by and can walk to central/mid levels easily, and by far the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Four massive, soft pillows, clean, comfy sheets, and ice cold A/C. Always a pleasure - can't wait to come back!
Honestly, nothing. Everything is perfect. Perhaps earlier check in availability if I were to really nitpick!

Location, staff, cleanliness
Bed was very uncomfortable, quite used and was leaning inside like a black whole.
There was not space at all in the room to open a suitcase. Don’t recommend for a couple with 2 suitcases.
