Located in Lighthouse Point, this lovely house for $426 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Lighthouse Loveliness Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Conveniently located among the inlets of Lighthouse Point, this vacation rental includes a private pool, a spacious patio, and even a 20-foot private dock! You and your loved ones will enjoy this family-friendly, safe, quiet neighborhood - perfect for walking, biking, and jogging. Head down to the dock to untie the family boat for an afternoon of watersport adventures, then return to share a few glasses of wine with good friends out on the patio. When you're not enjoying the water, hang out in the home's spacious living room to stream movies or shows on the large TV while the central air-conditioning keeps everything nice and cool. The well-equipped, full kitchen has stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher, plus plenty of counter space to take advantage of when you cook homemade meals. Serve guests at the dining table or bring it to the patio for an alfresco experience. You'll love spreading your beach towels over the patio to get in a bit of sun while the kids splash around in the pool - and an enclosed yard is a great place for the family to frolic while you use the private gas grill to host a family barbecue! The private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's laundry, so you can pack light for your trip. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. A boat is currently docked at the property, so there is only 20 feet of free space at the dock. Please ensure your boat does not exceed that length. Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Dock details: Private dock - 20ft Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations. The Lighthouse Point house was just perfect for my family and had everything we needed for family fun, relaxation, and spending time with each other. The pool was clean and sparkling, the dock provided entertainment for children visiting and everyone had lots of room to spread out. The furniture was nice and comfortable and the neighborhood felt safe. We will be back!

Unfortunately, my stay at the property started off very poorly and didn’t improve much afterwards. I arrived at the property around 1:00 a.m. only to find out the the check-in instructions were not correct resulting in me being stuck outside for an hour. The customer service line was not knowledgeable and did not return my phone call with a resolution after 3 phone calls. They have still yet to return a phone call for any reconciliation, although I was told that they would.
The property was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the carpets, sheets, garbage behind the cabinets and many electric outlets were not working. The fridge did not cool for the first couple of days however, it started to cool after 2 days. The fridge never dispensed any drinking water, which was a huge inconvenience.
Overall, the property is beautiful and the location is great. More of the frustration came from the lack of responsiveness and resolution provided. If the customer service was better, I probably would of been much more satisfied (I am not a picky traveler overall, however receiving 3 phone calls confirming that I would have someone reach out with a resolution and yet, never resolving anything leaves a bitter taste)

I love the house, it was perfect for my family of six. The children loved the pool and my husband loved the grill. It was located close whatever you needed or could want. Definitely would stay again❤❤
