I really liked the personal of the hotel, very kind and attentive to our needs. We arrived very late due to a change in our flight and there were waiting for us. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is huge and very comfortable. This place is charming as it is decorated as the typical places in Stone town.
The breakfast should be more various :)

No lift which is not possible to install as it is a renovated building

The room was great, big comfortable bed, clean room, clean towels, excellent buffet breakfast, clean and updated new bathroom equipment and facilities, hot water, great air conditioning, staff were excellent and friendly. Location is great and central to all sites. Would definitely stay there again on next visit.

It's strategically located plus the breakfast was good enough, I enjoyed it.
They could use a generator. Electricity is not that reliable in zanzibar and so a generator is a necessity. It was hard to navigate around the property during power shutdowns
