The house is equipped with Comcast Business Internet with high speeds for those who still have to work a bit while on vacation. 2. This home does not include central AC. We have recently installed Window AC units for the summer time. 3. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution.
