Please note; The quote provided is on the basis of 6 guests only, any guest above 6 staying at the property is charged $50 per person, per night. This needs to be disclosed at the time of booking, so that the additional payment can be added onto your booking and paid for. If booked for 6 guests only, the house will be made up for 6 guests only. Feel relaxed the moment you step through the front door. Beautifully styled & freshly renovated home right on the lake. The heart of your stay will surely be spent swimming in the pool in Summer, sitting by the fire-pit in Winter, having a picnic by the water or to simply sit back with a glass of wine to relax and take in the view. During the day, explore the wonders of nature surrounding your holiday home, knowing that a cozy evening awaits. Unwind in style, cocooned by the warmth of the fire-pit, toasting marshmallows with loved ones creating memories that will linger long after your stay. Upstairs you will find a open plan living area and a gourmet Hampton style kitchen, lounge room & dining area. Upstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Comfortably sleeping 10 people, it’s suitable for 2 families or is equally ideal as a spacious, private family retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay, including induction cook top, oven, Nespresso Creatista Plus Coffee Machine and dishwasher, The kitchen and living area flows seamlessly onto the covered verandah soaking up the views of the backyard. Downstairs comprises the remaining 2 bedrooms, bathroom & laundry combined and second living space which opens onto the backyard and alfresco area. BB's Lake house is truly is a home away from home, a place where you can spend a couple of nights or even a week or two. Comfortably sleeping 10 people, it’s suitable for 2 families or is equally ideal as a spacious, private family retreat. Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed (upstairs) Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed (upstairs) Bedroom 3 – 1x Queen Bed (downstairs) Bedroom 4 - 2x sets of single bunks (downstairs) suitable for children only. Other features include: flat screen TVs with Foxtel, Netflix & Stan connected, Wifi access available for guests, full laundry facilities with washing machine, ceiling fans, comfy lounges, gas heaters, two outdoor dining options to choose from and off street parking. Bathrooms have a welcome supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience however pool/beach towels are BYO Important message for guests organising events. We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply. PLEASE NOTE: All bookings are subject to the owners pre-approval and we endeavour to notify you of the status of your booking within 24hrs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of six adults and a baby stayed recently and had a wonderful time. The accommodation was spacious and clean, and wonderfully situated. The kitchen was well equipped, and had everything we needed. Close to shops and the lake walk - it was great. The only disappointment was the lack of a dryer (as was stated in the advertisement) as the weather was a bit wet and we would have liked to dry towels etc for use the following day. But overall, a perfect venue for a larger family. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at the house over the Easter long weekend! So much space to move about and plenty for the kids and us to do. Pool, lounge and balcony space and the fire pit was a huge hit! Kids also loved the back swing and bike track! Would love to stay again. Perhaps just one thing to note, a little more toilet paper and hand towels would be appreciated. We did need to buy more toilet paper namongst 9 of us! ;) Thanks again!

This house was great for kids!! They had a blast swimming in the pool!! Room downstair was perfect for the kids, had 4 single bunk beds! Great living area upstairs, nice balcony front and back, with table enough for the whole family to seat and have breakfast!! Definitely would come back!! Great communication provided by Kaitlyn!!! Thank you!!

BB's is freshly done and beautiful. We are a family with adult kids and had a pleasant weekend at BB's. The house is pretty and there is plenty of space. the house is well appointed - the kitchen has every gadget you may need and a big fridge. the yard is secure and the pool very refreshing. The pool is in full sun during the day so next time we will bring an umbrella!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A well appointed home and swimming pool provided a fantastic family holiday away. Lake views and easy access to the cycleway and walking path, minutes from the beaches and the entrance shops. Well fenced for dogs and children with a huge yard to run and play. The pool is crystal clear with bbq and outdoor settings for loads of fun in the sun.
