This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and more executives. The space This home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more. 4 bedroom (queen size beds) and two full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay. All the mattresses are pillow top queen side to have a great quality sleep. High-quality laminate flooring throughout the all house. Spacious kitchen, fully stocked and set-up with high-end stainless steel appliances, a big dining table is set in the open living / and a breakfast-table at the kitchen area to enjoy meals with your family. Open floor plan living area with one comfortable sofa and 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends. Very nice neighborhood, many stores and restaurants nearby. We are located less than a mile from the American River , kayak rentals, bike rentals and more. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house. (Garage is not available for parking) Features: - Key-less entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener. - Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking Check-in: 5 pm. Check-out: 11 am. Other things to note - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors from our guest for security reasons - No pets. - No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee). - Locals must contact us before booking. - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). - We have a camera at the front and back for security reason. -Noise aware working 24/7 Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Thanks for understanding. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

The floor was very sticky, and they quickly sent a cleaner to come clean it. After it was cleaned it was still very stick, so either the cleaning solution being used needs to be diluted or the wear layer is damaged. The bathroom fan does not work, and with it being such a small bathroom the room fogs up quickly when showering, and the bathroom window did not have a screen, so I was not comfortable opening the bathroom window. During our stay the owner had scheduled an inspection, they did not let us know, nor did they reschedule with the inspector. The inspector arrived, the owner was not there, but we let them in to inspect the property. It was a bit concerning to discover that carbon monoxide/smoke detectors were not working. The backdoor does not have a lock, only a large piece of wood to prop on the track to keep the door closed. There was a fair amount of rain the last 2 days of our stay, the owner apparently knew about it because on our last morning there was another knock on the door from someone who had an appointment with the owner to look at the leak in the roof (again during our stay, without them letting us know). We only discovered the leak the night before when it was raining and leaked into our room. I feel like the owners are new owners so some of the issues with the property might get resolved as they are made aware of them, and you will be likely to have a better experience.
