Have just spent fabulous four nights in chalet Galileo. The chalet is really well equipped, clean, very comfortable and very spacious.
Alessandro was very helpful.
The chalet sits on the edge of Zermat with a fabulous peaceful views over a meadow towards the Matterhorn.
It is accessed down a path which you need to walk down, but we managed perfectly well and the chalet is definitely worth the small walk.
When we arrived, we got a taxi to the chalet and we did the same when we left.
All other times, we either got the red bus which is free to the top of the road by the chalet, or walked down the meadow along the river into Zermat which takes around 15 mins.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful and quiet location with stunning views of the Matterhorn.

Uninterrupted views of Matterhorn, property was clean and well provisioned.
There is no vehicle access to the property and the approximate 100m access path is unsafe with uneven stepping stones causing tripping hazards, slippery when wet and you can not wheel suitcases along it. There was also no lighting along the path. There is no mention of this access hazard in the property description.
