Could not recommend this more highly

Perfect location, 20 minute walk into town down the Arno River with spectacular views. Clean room, with potentially the most comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the room with pods provided. Well maintained garden which is great to have breakfast in the morning. Easy check in and check out, and on site parking. Host was friendly and provided a list of restaurants in the local area.

Highly recommend the apartment, great host, great location.

Spotlessly clean, everything you could need. A little booklet with information and tips. The host met us and made us very welcome plus sent recommendations for eating out and supermarkets. It’s a pleasant walk to the centre of Florence, half an hour maximum and all by the river, so location is excellent. Also a lovely patio area to sit out in on a night where it’s lovely and quiet.

A little cramped around the sink area, we did decide to do a little cooking and wasn’t easy to wash the dishes and move round much, but we managed and we had everything we needed.
