Communication with the host was excellent they responded to messages very quickly. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. The apartment is close to the metro, just two stops from the Duomo Cathedral, and also close to Milano Centrale railway station. The apartment was clean.
What I didn’t like was that our two-year-old child, weighing 13 kg, could not sleep on the extra bed because the slats supporting the mattress kept falling out. I had already seen this mentioned in previous reviews, but I hoped the problem had been fixed. Unfortunately, it had not.
It wasn’t a huge problem for us, but it is not acceptable for adult guests either, as the bed cannot be safely used.
Furthermore, the hand soap was empty, there was no mini shampoo or shower gel provided, and I was especially annoyed that there was no kitchen towel. These are basic things that I believe should be improved.

Proper and clean apartment which is located close to the metro and only 2 stops away from Duomo. We really enjoyed our stay.
The third bed had, even after asking if the bed situation was updated (which they replied “ yes, you can sleep comfortable”), not changed. It is a foldable bed with a 5 cm thick “mattress” so you are basically sleeping on the bed boards.. you list for adults and this is clearly not a proper sleeping arrangement for a grown adult (also because your feet stick out of the bed)

Moderne Einrichtung, Klimaanlage und bequemes Bett. Super süße Lage in Einheimischen Viertel, nettes Personal, gute Anbindung zu der Metro und Straßenbahn.
Wasser ist nicht gut in der Dusche abgelaufen und Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet: kein Schwamm, Spülmittel, Handtücher,… und das Geschirr war nicht sauber, als wir kamen.

Mi-a plăcut faptul ca era nou mobilierul.
Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca al treilea pat era unul pliant! Total inconfortabil!!! Izolarea fonică a ferestrelor foarte slaba (se auzeau zgomotele din strada). Nu am avut sapun. Draperiile nu sunt black-out astfel încât dimineața este lumina in camera.
