Fantistic spot to explore Bologna. And that ceiling!!!❤️

Location is absolutely spectacular

Not much. It’s getting closer to winter now, so some blankets would have been nice - at present only sheets in the beds. No blankets to be found anywhere.

Great location, disappointing stay

Excellent location, just a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain, but that was pretty much the only positive. The apartment is poorly maintained, has a strong musty smell. Communication with the host was terrible. There were loose cabinet doors, weak AC with only one remote for two separate units, a broken toilet flush, a broken bedroom blind. The Wi-Fi only worked on the first day. All of these issues had already been mentioned by previous guests, but apparently they are not very concerned about fixing them. They said they would send someone to check the toilet, but no one ever came. Check-in was also poorly organized. Booking shows two different addresses for the property, neither is the actual address, something previous guests have already complained about. We also had to ask for the access code and instructions instead of receiving them automatically around check-in time, as is normally the case. I strongly recommend contacting the host well in advance, otherwise you may arrive and end up waiting outside for the entry instructions. The listing also stated that pets were allowed with no extra fee, but we were charged.

Poor maintenance, strong musty smell, very weak Wi-Fi, several broken items, confusing address information, poor communication with the host. Check-in was unnecessarily difficult, and previously reported issues still haven’t been fixed.
