Very unique tower with amazing roof top patio and views.
In university district so a-lot of graffiti but neighborhood was safe. Pack light as there are alot of tight stairs to navigate - but cool experience.

The roof terrace was sensational, as were the views from all the windows. The property was clean and warm and in a great location for eating out, exploring and shopping. We loved our stay.
The spiral stairs to the upper floors were a challenge with luggage and for tall / broad guests. But we knew in advance that they would be tricky and planned accordingly.

It is very unique in that it was a tower in the centre of Bologna. We were close to all the attractions that Bologna had to offer. Our host was incredibilly efficient and helpful with any questions we had. The apartment had lots of character which we were looking for as we didn’t want to stay in a modern hotel. There was five of us and we were very comfortable ( air conditioning)as it was very hot ! The location was safe and quiet.
May not be a place for those who have a problem with steps .

O terraço é legal, contudo não é confortável chegar até lá, nem ficar lá.
O apartamento fica numa região muito feia, toda pichada e mal cheirosa. O apartamento fica no quarto andar. Dentro dele, cada cômodo é acessado por mais um lance de escadas. Até o terraço são 8 lances de escada, sendo os 3 últimos do estilo caracol e escada embutida num alçapão. Quase fomos embora no primeiro dia. Mas, conhecer a região central valeu a pena.
Banheiros que ficam com o chão todo molhado. No banheiro do primeiro piso o chuveiro é ruim e não há onde apoiar as coisas. A pia vaza.
