No air conditioning, somewhat good, but owner cheaped out on everything

Room are spacious, area is ok (although 10 mins walk from the metro) and plenty of space to park your car.

- Air conditioning was not working (was just working as a fan) - Collecting the key was somewhat difficult, the self checkin didn't work (buzzer didn't open the door, I had to ring a neighbour to enter) - Mold on one of the shower towel (out of three) - No hair dryer, no soap for dishes, no kitchen towel, ... owner cheaped out on everything - Slow internet (sim card based, no fiber)

La mia esperienza è stata purtroppo molto negativa, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la gestione dell’accessibilità e dell’assistenza all’ospite. Prima di prenotare, quando era ancora disponibile la cancellazione gratuita, avevo chiesto esplicitamente se l’appartamento fosse accessibile, specificando chiaramente di avere un’invalidità al 100%. Mi era stato risposto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Solo il giorno prima del check-in, attraverso il link con le istruzioni video automatiche, ho scoperto con enorme disagio che erano presenti diversi gradini: sia per entrare nell’edificio, sia per raggiungere l’ascensore, sia infine per arrivare all’appartamento stesso. Una situazione per me estremamente problematica, che avrei sicuramente evitato se mi fosse stata comunicata correttamente prima, quando avrei ancora potuto cancellare gratuitamente. Successivamente mi è stato detto verbalmente che “si erano dimenticati” della presenza delle scale perché la società gestisce moltissimi appartamenti contemporaneamente. Personalmente trovo molto grave che la gestione massiva degli immobili porti a trascurare informazioni essenziali per un ospite con disabilità. L’impressione generale è stata quella di una gestione completamente impersonale: tutto automatizzato, video, messaggi, BOT, ma pochissima reale assistenza umana nel momento del bisogno. Dopo essere riuscita a ottenere il rimborso di parte del soggiorno, ho comunque trascorso una notte nell’appartamento, riuscendo ad accedere solo grazie all’aiuto di altre persone. Una volta dentro ho riscontrato numerosi problemi: * Wi-Fi non funzionante * frigorifero che non si chiudeva correttamente * forno a microonde non funzionante * forno tradizionale non funzionante * piano cottura instabile, con il gas che si spegneva facilmente Inoltre avevo chiesto espressamente informazioni sulla presenza di una macchina per il caffè espresso e mi era stato detto che era disponibile soltanto la moka.

Appartamento grande e confortevole. Letto molto comodo, ottimi cuscini. L'host ha gestito tutto con molta attenzione, inviando dei video per facilitare il self check-in e i servizi dell'appartamento e del condominio. Buona posizione, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata Cimiano della metro 2.

Qualche piccolo dettaglio migliorabile in questo bell'appartamento: il phon pur funzionante dovrebbe essere sostituito, e in generale non gestisco le docce con la tenda, ma bisogna dire che è stata molto funzionale e l'acqua non è mai uscita fuori dal piatto doccia.
