The Oak Tree House is a beautifully decorated modern farmhouse with 16' foot great room ceilings, two master suites, large windows, a huge wraparound porch, and stunning oak trees. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths the Oak Tree House is perfect for small families or a couples getaway. For larger groups the Pecan Tree House and Cypress Tree House are also available for an additional fee.

Looking for an outing for the day? Blanco has several fun attractions for those wanting to explore the local area. The area is rich in history and has plenty to offer guests. Visit Blanco State Park and enjoy a day of fishing, swimming or hiking. Interested in the Old West, The Buggy Barn has over 140 covered wagons. Real Ale offers guided tours and a taproom tasting experience. Within 30 minutes, enjoy the day exploring Fredericksburg, travel to Wine Road 290 which offers 19 wineries within a few miles of each other. Visit one of Fredericksburg’s two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum. During the summer, make sure to stop by a fruit stand and grab some famous Fredericksburg peaches. Spend the day in Kerrville at the Schreiner Park located on 517 acres on the Guadalupe River, where you can swim, rent boats or enjoy hiking trails.
