Perfect little dog friendly place to stay. Walking distance to the beach if you’re comfortable crossing busy hwy, but honestly the drive is only a couple of minutes and I found plenty of free parking. The host is very kind and quiet! I will stay again!

Its a private bedroom/bathroom with private entrance at the rear of the house as described. Quiet and clean. Its like a 1/4 mile maybe a little more to the beach. Great location right off back beach road. Host is really friendly, helpful, laid back, and on site as its in the back of her house. You cant beat the price and location. Probably the most comfortable bed we have slept on in a vacation rental. A+ here! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home at a great price!

I guess you get what you pay for… that being said the property host was responsive and polite. The walk back to the room was a little tricky. Could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. The room is literally in the back of the host’s house so you can hear them from your room along with the dryer and all of their cooking smells. . The back yard area isn’t very pleasant for deck sitting. You are basically looking at a fence and various personal items. The property was clean and the bed was comfy . The neighborhood was quiet As a solo female traveler I felt safe. Like I said for the price don’t expect a luxury experience.

This was a great place to stay, quiet, private, clean. My fiancé and I both enjoyed our stay here. You can walk to the beach if you want to. Panama City Beach is right up the street where there is a boardwalk and lots of shopping and restaurants, putt putt golf, sky wheel and more. There are beach chairs, beach towels, and bodyboards to use. The bed was comfortable, we felt safe, and the bathroom was nice sized and water stays hot!

This is a great place for a solo traveler or couple. It has reserved parking, easy check-in, and excellent Wi-Fi. Carmen was very quick to respond and even provided thoughtful touches for her guest comfort. It’s a great little place to stay to explore the area, and I highly recommend it.

This was a great stay! Check in was easy, hostess was nice and easy to reach. The room was cozy, clean, comfy and welcoming. I loved the little coffee bar ❤️🤗. It was nice and quiet, as I was there on business. The room was pet friendly and there was parking right out front. Very nice, affordable rental, will definitely book again! Inexpensive stay at the beach. It is walking distance, but you have to cross a busy hwy. Very close to 30A for bike riding and lots of amenities. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
