Please put some more attention to the cleaning. 🙌🏻 Air conditioner needs to be cleaned, we must turn off because of smell (((

Such a cute little villa, we stayed an extra day after spending the week in one of the high rise condos that we were highly disappointed in. So I booked the Catalina for an extra night stay and wished we would have stayed there the whole time. I will definitely be booking there again.

Steps to the pool and the beach was across the street. You could see the ocean from the pool.

The location and price were great and so was the pool. It was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch. The unit was reasonably clean and didn’t have bad odors. It was pet friendly. Overall a good stay but it required some patience. I liked that there was a broom to help with the sand.

The king bed in our unit (92) was awful. The other beds were newer and nice. The staff was not responsive. They provided a number to text. You could call and leave a voicemail as well. It was hours before any response. The reservation was for 4 people but only 2 washcloths. I requested more the next day. No one responded but that evening there was a bag of washcloths on the door. I text the next day again requesting a towel exchange as we were told we could request new towels every other day. I never got a response our whole stay. We ended up washing towels at the laundromat. There was a noise incident as well and the staff did intervene but not until hours later.
