Find yourself 'Above The Waves' when you stay at this beautifully remodeled A-Frame on the central Oregon Coast. This dreamy home includes a spectacular view of the ocean from 2 floors and is ideally located in Seal Rock, one of the most popular places for tide pool explorers, storm watchers and photographers on the Oregon Coast.
Inside is a spacious living room that takes full advantage of natural light from the west. The electric fireplace brings a cozy atmosphere to the open concept living area. A small but modern kitchen with beautiful upgrades and a large deck that overlooks the Pacific Ocean provides you extra space where you can grill up the catch of the day!
The primary bedroom, located on the uppermost floor, will wow you with its gorgeous views through the window that reaches to the apex of the A-Frame. This wonderful space has sloping ceilings which evoke a coastal cottage feel yet has stylish interiors. A modern ensuite bath with quartz countertops, tile floors and a tiled walk-in shower adds to this perfect place to retire to. A designated desk in the primary bedroom is perfect for those that need to work remotely. One of the three other bedrooms is on the main floor across the hall from a shared contemporary bath with a walk-in shower. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, off the garage, that adjoin with a door in between them.
During your stay, gather on the deck to view the sunset, watch for the elusive "Green Flash", build a bonfire on the beach, stroll the unspoiled sandy shore, and explore the glistening tide pools. Above The Waves has its own private access to the beach. It is is also conveniently located near Brian Booth State Park so bring your kayaks and explore Beaver Creek or take a walk on the miles of trails and beaches.This home is perfect for a family vacation, a romantic retreat for a couple, or a quiet and stunningly beautiful ocean holiday with friends.

Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (Strictly enforced)
Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.
This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

The view from the A frame was wonderful. My dad is turning 90 next month and enjoyed the view from the upstairs bedroom. He had no issues with step down from the bed to the bathroom and the lighting was perfect for safety. The trail down to the beach was not safe for him at his age but it is easy and safe for most anyone else. The beach was empty most of the time and there were seals that hang out on the couple of large rocks.I know that the place was pet friendly but it really could use a deep cleaning. There was a lot of dog hair on the floor and carpets to the point there were clumps of different types of dog hair and dirt. I swept up a good pile with just a broom. The blue chairs were getting pretty dirty as well. There was also a lot of dust build up in the bedroom and vent in the bathroom on the main floor. The screen door was broken as well (I think the screw at the bottom was stripped). Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation.

The house had a wet dog smell and the couch was covered in dog hair.The view is amazing but the steps to get down to the beach are very dangerous. 6 were very loose.Overall, we would stay here again because the location is perfect and the house is gorgeous.

Great location, beautiful views and generally a good stay. When we arrived, floors on the first floor were not very clean, crumbs all over the couch and very strong smell of dog. Bright orange construction netting across the back fence not great...kind of ruins the aesthetic that the property otherwise promotes. None of that a showstopper - just honest feedback. Appreciated the stay.
