Nestled in Brigantine, this attractive condo for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. COMPLETELY renovated in October 2022 with luxury in mind, be one of the FIRST to stay at Serenity by the Sea--a beachside, penthouse condo with partial ocean views, two pools (one adult and one for the family), private balcony and just steps from a wide uncrowded beach. Located on the top, fourth floor of the building, the elevator and stair access making check-in a breeze! Enter the front door and you're greeted with an open floor plan and brand new kitchen with gorgeous white quartz countertops and modern gold accents. Just off the kitchen is the dining space and large great room with a wall of windows creating a light and airy feel. The living room has a large 55" TV, pull out queen-size sofa and plenty of seating! Head down the hall and on your left is the guest bedroom with both a full and twin bed, TV, and a large desk for working remotely or crafts and games with the kiddos! It's also perfect for spending a rainy beach day with a puzzle and some beverages. Across from the guest bedroom, you'll find the first of two newly renovated bathrooms. Not one detail was spared in either of these bathrooms! The guest bathroom offers a spa-like feel with a generous walk-in tile shower. Head down the hall and you're greeted with a large master bedroom with king size bed, private balcony, TV, tons of closet space and master bathroom. Entering the large master bath will feel as though you've stepped in the pages of a magazine. With a stunning black and white tiled shower/tub combo, you'll have plenty of space to bathe the kids after a beach day then draw a bath for yourself before bed. The bathroom vanity has plenty of storage and more than enough counter space. Wake up each morning, grab a cup of coffee and watch the spectacular Brigantine sunrises right from your balcony! Want to spend a day off the beach? You'll have seasonal access to two pools (one adults only and one family friendly). A location on the south end of the island means you'll spend your days on wide, uncrowded beaches and quick access to the bridge off the island. Being under 5 minutes from Atlantic City, you'll have the option dine at one of the many fabulous restaurants, grab a show, or take the kids to Top Golf, boardwalk rides, mini golf and more. On the island, Brigantine offers a huge variety of restaurants, shops, an arcade for the kids, full 18-hole golf course, and both pickleball courts and mini golf just across the street from the condo! Ready to book? We require a government issued photo-ID along with a signed rental agreement prior to the date of check-in. Please note, the person making the reservation must be 26 or older and present at check-in and during the remainder of the stay. Please note, during the summer season, we offer Sunday-Sunday check-ins. This allows our guests to avoid the traffic rush and have an opportunity to take advantage of all the island offers on weekends! Brand new washer and dryer.

This condo is in a well-kept quiet building (in fall). It’s pleasantly furnished and comfortable. The balcony overlooks a parking lot with a glimpse of the ocean. It’s a nice place to relax. The beach is a pleasant walk-maybe a bit long with kids and stuff but the beach is very wide and gorgeous. The owner was very responsive to a minor repair. We stayed for a month and enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommend.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. There was easy access to the beach, Brigantine, and Atlantic City. I enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

This was our first experience with Vrbo and we did not know what to expect. However, our communication with Ryan and Lauren made the experience a simple one. Everything was explained to us and the property was perfect. The unit is spacious and had everything we needed. I fully enjoyed that it was like going from my home to my temporary home with all the amenities that I could possibly want for my short stay. Beach passes and the parking passes were available in the unit. There was a food store nearby. Everything was easier than going to a hotel. The unit was very clean, well furnished and clean linens were available. My husband and I were very happy with the Vrbo experience at this property. Thank you Ryan and Lauren for a great vacation spot.

Family of 5 enjoyed this spacious condo with 10 min walk to beach. The beach was huge with nice sand, no rocks. The pool was nice, with daytime hours. The area was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking utensils and keurig. TVs we’re nice. King was comfortable. The updated bathrooms were nice! Loved easy to use washer and dryer! Great vaca!

We had a great stay at Lauren and Ryan’s condo. The condo was well stocked with kitchen and various toiletries, beyond what was expected! The grounds and condo themselves were great. The owners were extremely responsive to questions. Would rent again for sure!

Great experience in a newly remodeled condo within walking distance to the beach. Communication with landlord was great. They even accommodated when unforeseen circumstances occurred. We really enjoyed the week!

The modern renovations are awesome! We loved the location, nice short walk to the beach. Quiet and peaceful location. The condo comfortably fit the 5 of us. Will definitely rent from them again! Thanks for a wonderful family beach trip! :)

This property was very charming, we loved it! It is very clean and had everything you could need and then some. The hosts were extremely helpful, kind, and left many sweet touches. The location was perfect due to having to travel to and from AC each day, a quick under-ten-minute trip. The weather didn't allow for us to get to the beach this time, sadly. But, this was our first time to Brigantine and it is lovely, I will absolutely keep this property in mind next time I am in the area.

Pros: renovated apartment, close to the beach, neighbors are nice, close to the casinos Cons: almost everything is overpriced in the island, no tools for cleaning, things are cheap and fragile in the apartment, have to buy plenty of necessities (shampoo, body wash, bed sheets, toilet paper, etc.), apartment building is old and neighbor's decoration is noisy
