The entrance to Big Lagoon State Park is just down the street, with Johnson Beach National Seashore and Perdido Key Beach around two miles away. Perdido Pass Bridge is 10 miles away, and The Pass In Orange Beach is nine miles away. And, with amenities like restaurants, bars, and a Publix all within a mile of the home, it’s easy to slip into a vacation state of mind. Ideal for two families or a group traveling together, with individual entrances and conjoined by an interior door, the home features a full kitchen, living space, and a dining area on each level. Enjoy mornings on your deck with coffee and a view of the canal, then head downstairs for a dip in your private, waterfront pool, or play yard games in the grassy backyard. Use either kitchen to whip up some breakfast, then dine together at either floor’s large table, or step into your enclosed Florida room and dine with the water as backdrop. The primary bedroom has a deck with separate stairs going down to the pool. Spend the day exploring by water via the home’s private dock or immerse yourself in culture with a visit to historic downtown Pensacola, around 15 miles east. At the end of the day, relax with a little TV, use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, or engage in some friendly competition in the game room. More conveniences include a washer/dryer and central air conditioning. At the end of the night, five comfortable bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep. THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Dock details: The deep-water boat dock can accommodate three small/medium boats. Owner assumes no responsibility for damage to boats. Tenants are to supply all mooring lines and fenders. Two boat ramps are close by, one free and the other to pay Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved this large home with great seating areas throughout the inside and outside for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Made great memories. Very grateful for the well supplied kitchen that allowed me to make a great Thanksgiving meal for all. Thank you!

area is large, wonderfully decorated and clean. Great location. I recommend it to anyone wanting to vacation with a large group. we were unable to put our trash in the trash cans because they were full when we arrived.

I thought this house was perfect for our family. Was close to several things and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only thing that I suggest is that there would be more toilet paper and trash bags. We had 10 at the house and what was furnished didn't even come close to lasting us through the week. Other than that, I would definitely give this home a five star rating. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!!

We enjoyed the pool and the dock was good for fishing. The property is roomy, we have a big family and everyone had their own space. However, we found the beds uncomfortable and all the mattresses need to be replaced. The furnishings and kitchenware needs to be updated. If you plan to cook, bring your own pans. We were glad we did. The pans provided were scratched and not very large. The kitchen supplies are just low quality. There was plenty of parking and some pool toys available. Also bring essentials, toilet paper and trash bags. They provide some, but not enough to last the week.

Th house was a great fit for my family. It reminded us of home. Very cozy and it was very peaceful. We love the water view while fishing. We also love the layout of the house.

The location and view were absolutely as advertised. Perfect location to visit both the intercoastal waterway and the gulf by boat. We found the house to be acceptable for our family with 14 adults and children. We were a little disappointed in the lack of kitchen utensils and the number of minor repairs needed.

The house is very homey and welcoming. The house has plenty of room for everyone. The views are amazing. So relaxing drinking our morning coffee in the sunroom. The pool was a really nice bonus for the days we didn't want to go to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the nice dock for fishing and finding crabs. We would absolutely stay at this beautiful home again. Love love love.

We really did have a fabulous time. Plenty of space to spread out in. Our only complaint would be the kitchen utensils were very sparse and not good quality. I would recommend if you can to bring your own knives.

The property was very spacious and well taken care of. It offered plenty of large gathering areas for meeting and many spaces for privacy as well. It is a beautiful comfortable place to stay.

The home is cozy and quiet with a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway. The location is great to hit local restaurants and bars. We found the kitchen to be lacking in good cookware and utensils, but overall it worked. Plenty of space for us to eat as a group and also have our own areas to relax. LOVED the sunroom and deck. Highly recommend staying here.
