Is ok if you want to party but if you want to rest don’t stay here!

Close to the centre of Florence Washing machine was good

The road noise was horrendous!! When you arrive and there are ear plugs on the side board probably should have realised it was going to be bad! No sleep for three nights! No coffee machine, we could not get the oven going so never used coffee plunger.

Disappointing stay

Location was good, close to restaurants, main tourist sites and Ponte Vecchio but busy and noisy. Did have a washing machine and has multiple apartments so was able to have 2 couples in 2 apartments.

Apartment was a little tired and grotty. Very small lift - didn’t use. Entry through gate, main entry and apartment door was all with electronic key pad. Quite noisy - noise carries from below street and traffic. No remote for TV so couldn’t use. Dealing with AI response when requested help so not helpful. Ideal apartment for young uni students not middle aged couple who want facilities to be nicer. Overall was disappointed with this accommodation but chose for washing machine and friends stayed in another apartment in the building.

Lovely accomodation in the heart of Florence

Location was very central, for the first time in Florence, it was perfect. Room was very clean, balcony was large and spacious. Fully functional elevator which was fantastic.

Only flaw was finding the property, it was a bit complicated. There wasn’t toliet paper in the room when we checked in, but staff were helpful and told me where to retrieve it from.
