I don’t really know why you people are sending me this questionnaire while I’m waiting reimbursement of my money because I cancelled this stay. I sent several emails to BOOKING.com and the property no one responded but you are sending me this. I feel insulted, seriously.

Please review your customer service. I’m still waiting reimbursement of my money before I take legal steps. Thanks

Very run down, no hot water in the shower, not a friendly neighbourhood...

I enjoyed leaving the parking lot. Booking was helpful with cancelling the second night, we had booked.

Worst motel ever. EVER!/ - Room key combinations are unsafe - TV missing from the room advertised - no tea/ coffee set, though advertised - Extremely dirty, sticky bathroom floor - smoke alarm unsafe lying on the table - no power outlet in bathroom - only 1 towel for 2 people. After complaint, got 2 extra, but one with blood stains on it... - 1 light bulb out - puddle of toilet water leaking from the john - dead insects in the bed - No Water in shower/bathtub

Good location for going into d.c. walking distance from free shuttle bus. Short drive from center of center of Alexandria.

It's impossible to get any help after the reception closes. Make sure to check your room thoroughly before that.

Despite it's shortcomings, I return to this property on a regular basis when working in the DC area.

This is an old school motel, you can park just outside your room, making the chore of carrying luggage all the more pleasant. The location is convenient to Alexandria and Arlington, although traffic through Alexandria during the AM and PM rush hours is horrible.

This is an older property and is somewhat 'tired'. While the rooms are clean, everything from the bedding to the furnishigs to the bathroom fixtures are long overdue for a refresh. If you're particular about your pillows, it's best to bring your own. It's also important to check all of the appliances when you first arrive (TV, A/C, etc.) so that the manager can resolve issues immediately, not as I did, waiting until 10:00 to try to turn on the TV only to find out that it was inoperative.
