Pets are welcome, max of 2 pet and a weight limit of 40lb per pet (65$ pet fee per stay). The interior is Fully renovated, new kitchen with everything you will need for cooking. This two-bedroom two-bathroom 1450 square feet home can sleep 8 guests (4 beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 full, 1 sofa beds, one futon). Include a Coffee Bar for your morning coffee. Free high-speed internet with Wi-Fi. 4 Smart TV's with cable tv, Netflix, amazon, Hulu.  New hot tub and BBQ on the balcony (very private).
