The space Floor 1: - Living/Dining/Kitchen and 1/2 bath. - 50" Smart TV, 4 person dining table, and fully stocked kitchen for the cooking enthusiasts. - Outdoor cover patio with couch and 4 person outdoor dining set. - Fenced in back yard, great for our furry friends - Laundry Room - Master Bedroom with king sized memory foam mattress, ensuite bath with a 2-sink vanity and shower/tub combo, and walk-in closet Floor 2: - Bedroom with 2 QUEEN bunk beds - Bedroom with 1 QUEEN bed - Full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Guest access - Parking: Room for 3 car in driveway, or parking on the street. Please adhere auto all street/CITY signs/restrictions. - Keyless entry, your code/instructions will be sent prior to your arrival by one of team members Other things to note - Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule. - No Smoking - Please make sure to read and agree to all House Rules. We LOVED the house! It was perfect for us, 3 adults, 1 preteen, and 2 doggies! Plenty of room and very comfortable! I absolutely Loved that there were a couple of food storage containers for the watermelon we brought and cut up! We will definitely stay again next time we are in town! Thank you Ryan!

many many minor irritants starting with cleaning supplies left in the kitchen (mop and bucket) and the fridge having open pop cans, then we discovered no towels in the powder room- just a single washcloth. Then discovered in a house that advertises to sleep ten, we had only one towel set in each of the two bathrooms. Reached out to the owner and went on a hunt, and eventually found two areas where the towels were stashed. Kitchen was very sparse also for a house that sleeps 10. place settings for 4. Notified the manager who ordered a set of upgraded paper plates and plastic ware that arrived late in the evening. so our dinner the first night was a round robin of plates and bowls and people using spoons rather than forks. Ice maker in the fridge didn't work and the water filter needed changing., The light noting the needed change was clearly illuminated on the fridge when we arrived. The culminating event was when we went to bed and the smoke alarm in one bedroom was chirping. Climbing on chairs, we removed the battery, but since it was hard wired, that did not fix the problem. Upon further examination of the alarm, it noted a manufacturing date of June 2015 and researching the manual online noted the useful for that model is 7-10 years, so this is year 8, and it should have been replaced as part of routine maintenance. No need to state the obvious safety issue with non working smoke detectors. Spending a substantial amount per night, we expect no deferred maintenance, a clean space absent mops and buckets, working ice and water filters, and sufficient towels and dishes available when we check in for a home that is advertised to sleep 10. Not to mention working smoke detectors. Yes, we eventually managed to work through some of these issues, but at the amount we paid per night, these should need to be worked through. We respectfully suggested a small refund for our significant inconveniences and the manager suggested one third of that amount AFTER he inspected the unit to be sure no damage had occurred. Felt like a threat from his end. I have since noticed other reviews noting the insufficient towels and kitchen supplies for a home that is advertised to sleep 10. The fenced in yard was wonderful as was the back porch. The house is located on a corner with a pretty busy street and quite close to an industrial area. TV was fine with plenty of channels and the home is proximate to grocery and other sites.

The house was very nice and extremely comfortable. Close to downtown Charlotte. My only complaint was there were only two washcloths in a house that sleeps 6+.

Very comfortable property. We enjoyed spending time with family. Belmont was quaint little town to walk around. The Tv was nice and with some subscription channels to choose from we had a nice movie night. Grocery store one block away was very helpful. No issues at all. I would choose this property again.
