The size of the room and the location of the building were excellent. The staff members were responsive to our needs. The building style is charming and the room is nicely furnished.
The cookware was not right but this was quickly rectified. The noise from the street and from other parts of the building which sits above a car park made it difficult to have a good night’s sleep. Double glazing would help to rectify this as elimination of the noise is beyond the control of the management.

The location is perfect to explore the city, very clean at check in, huge room and big bathroom, patio with a pool
- Check in process was fully on paper and took 15 minutes at 10pm after the airport.
- There were three of us and we were given just one card for the room. We were told that additional cards are not provided.
- 5 nights and zero housekeeping (were told they do every other day), nobody came to even take the trash at least once.
- We were told we cannot check out later by an hour, because they “have work to do”. Considering they don’t really do proper housekeeping - not sure what they meant by that. I didn’t see many guests either and many rooms were available for booking.
- Clogged sink.
- Bed sheets were all stained.
