Nestled in Bear Valley, this attractive house for $499 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Walk to the lake in the summer and Ski in / Ski out in winter. What more could you ask for? The Master - Loft has a Queen Bed and a wonderful sitting area where you can sit and enjoy some quiet time reading or catching up on emails. Located on the main level, are the Kitchen/Dining Area and 2 Bedrooms (both with Bunk Beds) and one of the bathrooms. The Kitchen/Dining area has ample seating, and is built with exposed beams, lending itself to feel rustic but cozy at the same time. There is also an inviting sitting area near the wood stove in the Dining Area. There are French doors leading to the split level decks, which are great to take in the beautiful mountain sky in the summertime. Down a couple of steps in the living area sits a big screen TV and plenty of room to enjoy a show with the family or play games. Down a few more steps are two more bedrooms, the washer and dryer, and an additional bathroom. On this level, both bedrooms have King Size Beds. The location of this house is awesome. What a lovely, comfortable, spacious home!

Sitting out on the grand deck, looking at the trees and listening to the birds is such a wonderful experience. The kitchen is large enough for four or more people to work at one time, and has all the accoutrements needed to prepare meals. Nestled in the forest, it is the ideal home for large groups or families. Nearly every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the large play room downstairs is perfect for games and TV watching. Being there was so peaceful and so close to nature. Hope I can return often.

Our family absolutely loved this Bear Valley home!

There was ample space for each of us to have our own room and several of us had our own bathroom. We had family members ranging from young adult to 88 years old and everyone felt comfortable in the house. The home was clean, spacious, cozy, comfortable, and very well-stocked with everything we needed. It was a huge added bonus that we could bring our dog and the house was dog-friendly. The kitchen was filled with all we needed for cooking and dining, and we also took advantage of the BBQ outdoors. We enjoyed sitting at the dining room table for meals and also spending time in the outdoor space with beautiful views of the forest. There was something for everyone in the home including tv and some movies, many games, books, puzzles, and more. The spacious layout worked well for our family, so some of us could sleep in, while others were cooking or in the living room and the sound didn't travel. The location of the house was ideal. We were a few minutes from Bear Lake and an easy drive to Alpine Lake where we kayaked, paddle boarded, swam, and enjoyed the beaches. We also drove to beautiful hikes, some with water falls and water holes. The staff at Bear Valley Vacation Rentals were very helpful and we appreciated their responsiveness and communication. We would highly recommend this home and definitely want to stay there again In the summer and winter!
