The backyard is fully fenced, enjoy relaxing with your iced coffee on a hot day!  Guests may utilize free street parking, and have unlimited access to Wifi! The home features washer/dryer, heating and cooling. *Note: the backyard does not include a grassy area and there is no garage. House Rules 1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm. 2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 6. Animals require a $100 non-refundable pet fee. 2 well-behaved dogs max. Dogs must have their own kennel/sleeping arrangement. Please pick up after your pet. There is an additional guest fee of $20/person/night after the amount of 2 guests. 3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. 4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, etc.) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well.
