The house was perfect for my wife and I. Close to all areas we wanted to visit. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds comfortable and house well equipped.

This was a great place to stay while I was at the CanAm Classic Flyball tournament with my two dogs. Traveling with my doggos, a fenced in yard is big on my list, and this place didn't disappoint! Wonderful yard and a quiet neighborhood and super close to the fairgrounds where my event was being held. She even provided some dog bowls, treats and towels AND even though I always travel with a bunch of sheets and blankets to cover furniture, she let me know the couch had a removable slip cover so I could let the dogs on up. I would definitely stay here again!

This home is nestled in a quiet section of the "SoBro" neighborhood. It's about 20 minutes from downtown, and the north side for shopping, dining and more. The house is comfortable, welcoming, and delightfully decorated. It made for a perfect "work from home" setup that wasn't too far from anything!

My husband and our two fur babies came to visit family. This was an excellent price & location. Our babies could go right out into the fenced in yard for play time & potty breaks. It’s a quiet & friendly neighborhood. Close to a great park & quick access to anything else we needed. We enjoyed our stay & we are sure that we will stay with Holly again in the future.

Adorable home that was perfect for our stay as we moved our daughter into college. Home was very clean, and our dog loved the fenced in back yard. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Our stay was perfect. The house is exactly as advertised. Cute, cozy, clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need fairly close by...restaurants, gas, groceries, etc. I asked several questions of the property owner before I booked my reservation and she was really responsive and helpful. We were in the area for a hockey camp and she helped figure out the distance to the ice rink. We didn’t use the backyard but it was so cute. Lots of space for hanging out at the fire pit. We will be back when in the area again!

Holly was a great host, place was just what we were hoping for. Place was neat and clean, in a nice neighborhood close to where we were headed, Indy 500. If I should return to Indy I will look up Holly again.

The place was just what we needed! We came down for the Mecum Auto Auction and the close proximity was great! This place is close to everything you could possibly need. Was peaceful at night and loved the fenced in back yard. Will definitely book again when in the area.

We were in town for the Mecum car Auction at the Indianapolis Fairgrounds. This small 2 bedroom home was the perfect spot for us! The home was completely updated and super clean!! And the proximity to the fairgrounds was a win-win for us!!

I would like to start by saying Holly was an excellent host. She kept in great communication concerning the house. The house was perfect, very clean, just the right size for two. We really loved the porch and wished the weather was better to enjoy the outdoors because it was set up for a good time.

Overall the property was very well cleaned. The location was great and close to our activities and interests, between downtown and Broad Ripple. We were able to get to most things in under 15 to 20 minutes. The host was very responsive when we needed. I would be more than inclined to rent this place again for a future stay. Very happy with our stay here!

My partner and I and our 2 dogs stayed at Holly's place for an extended weekend.l to visit our family in Indy. So cute and cozy! She was thoughtful and provided dog towels and we loved that there were cleaning supplies and everything you need to cook, etc. Recently renovated and huge fenced backyard. Great communication! We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip back!

This is one of the best VRBO home experiences I have ever had. Holly is a wonderful host. She has lots of extra touches that makes it feel very homey and great for long term stays. Highly recommend staying here!
