This home is self-catering. We recommend stopping by a nearby supermarket to pick up any personal toiletries and groceries you may need during your stay.
• HOUSEKEEPING:
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the property undergoes a thorough professional cleaning and inspection. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an extra fee.
• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

We had 13 guests, 7 nights. Plenty of space so everyone was entertained doing their own thing or in groups. The pool area was a wonderful place to unwind....the scenery was amazing and relaxing after running the parks all day. The grill was as expected. The kitchen area was spacious and allowed several if us to work at once.Thank You.

Pros: The house was clean and comfortable. 9 large rooms which suited our group great. Close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. Pool was a nice size and gets afternoon sun which is lovely.While we enjoyed our stay, there is a definite lack of some household amenities that would make a stay more pleasant. Cons: Very few towels, no facecloths, no dish cloths, minimal utensils (for a 9 bedroom house which can have up to 20 people) and only one frying pan. For a house of this size and capacity of far more than our group of 9, the house could definitely use more essentials to help make the stay more pleasant. Probably would not return to this particular property due to the above mentioned issues.

The house was wonderful, clean, with plenty of space and bedrooms to accommodate all 10 of us. The host provided excellent communication and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!!
