Close to city center and tram stop.
Walkable to Lidl and Spar.
Very quiet.
The host is very responsive.
Shelves are filled with books that there is no space to put belongings.
Right in front of the apartment is a deserted warehouse and too many trees. A bit scary and too many bugs and mosquitos. I still have bug bites on my legs. Also fallen berries from the trees are at the door. Okayish for a few nights but it was difficult for me as I stayed there for 16 nights. I became very depressed during my stay.
