Very convenient location and lovely apartment. Facilities were fairly good too, great gym.
Bed was a bit hard and cheap and while the pool was nice enough, it was a wind tunnel.

Location and room itself were good
I have never experienced a more challenging “check in” in my life. I have never had to collect the keys for a stay from a totally separate business, finding the tiny little “grocery store” was a challenge in itself - the number of emails and texts I got from the host prior to arriving was ridiculous. They all had so much “information” and instructions but barely any of it was relevant or even helpful in checking in and actually finding the room…. None of the information regarding how to check in is shared on booking.com before you’ve actually booked the room. Had I known what the check in process is before booking, I wouldn’t have.
I paid for the room as I booked it and now even after the stay, I have received an email from the host with an invoice for the total price of the room - it states it takes 10 days for the money from booking.com to reflect in the invoice and then asks for card details for payment for the entirety of the stay (again) I’m sure this would confuse people and result in double payments for the room.
